Belief Work & Energy Psychology
Do you ever wonder why some people seem to easily attract success, health and happiness while others struggle to get by? Is there a secret to life that creates this abundance, joy and success? Many people would argue that yes, there is a secret and that this secret lies dormant in your sub-conscious patterning. Belief work, which is also called Energy Psychology, is a way of accessing these sub-conscious patterns in order to create a life consciously or in other words, in order to be empowered and conscious creators of our world.
How does Belief Work or Energy Psychology Work?
By using applied kinesiology, testing the body’s physiological responses to questions, conscious and sub-conscious beliefs surrounding a circumstance or situation are determined. The undesired beliefs are released and replaced with the desired ones. Belief work or Energy Psychology creates changes in the synaptic responses of the brain creating new pathways of behavior. This change that is first created in the mind, in the neuro-pathways, is then mirrored in the body and experience of the individual.
The list of problems that Belief Work assists with is exhaustive but it’s purpose can be summarized as follows:
- to reduce stress and anxiety
- to increase overall well being
- to let go of fears and phobias
- to harness the healing power of the mind
- to easily, gracefully and permanently remove the blocks that keep you from creating the life of your dreams
Clients usually report feeling better, lighter, more able to achieve their goals whether financial, physical, spiritual, or emotional after sessions with the various modalities I offer in Belief Work and Energy Psychology.
